I frequent the place but usually the only saturdays i'm there is during the w40k tournaments. Besides, I'd be a crap teacher of the game. During the week I'll see about passing the word that you're looking for someone to help you with the game.

Is there still a GW store in the Sun Valley mall? Might get a basic start there until you can coordinate with someone from your local game store. They had some pretty talented board builders on the staff as well, and $5 terrain fridays when I was there about 2 years ago. Teeny tiny mall store, but ok for intro games.

No GW store in the mall. Just Black Diamond Games and it is really good place. Too bad I work on Sat. otherwise I would play some games and teach at the store.

Bummer, Looking at GW's store map it looks like it moved to Antioch in the Empire Shopping center there. I don't think there was one over there when I was working in Fairfield/Suisun/Vallejo area. I'm in Utah now though, so good luck.
