You'd be surprised how much better writing in a game is when you're not going over the top. You can make even the most simplest of things seem as epic as the greatest feats of legend.

This would be better for a separate mission. We should focus on the landing and securing a beachhead, as it were, first.

I know. I want to do this after the battle has escalated a bit more. Because then missions will need to be carried out to weaken and eventually kill the enemy.

I found this about the masters of a chapter i think for a legion company with some adjustments this could work well

This posting order thing is infuriating, not sure how you lot manage to put up with the desire to write and not being allowed to.

Well, seeing as there isnt any major event, and I presume we all are going to do our own form of slaughter, should we not momentarily forget about the posting order? as long as we dont do anything OTT

I suggest going for a similar rule to survivor games. You can post at any time, as long as there have been posts by four others before you repost, or if the thread has been silent for 2 hours, rather than a posting order. that way we have an order of sorts, but it also eliminates most of the confusion.

But an order does help, as one of the main problems is that people will still be posting all over the place.

Yeah, we're not gaining anything waiting around here. Posting order is only really necessary when there is a sequence of events directly involving several characters, which should generally be handled in GM events.

I disagree, many of the best games can have up to 4-5 posts by the same person in a row, if necessary.
