While I agree with Cannerus on several points, I think that you will find that the Raptors with IoS are a perfectly acceptable choice, with one exception - The powerfist is a waste of points. The whole point of IoS is the extra initiative, and hitting first with a power weapon is a pretty good tactic. Your Raptors should be fast enough to avoid getting bogged down by anything they lack the strength to eliminate. It is fine to keep that fist in there, but then give them the IoCG, as suggested, because it is a little pointless to give a Slaanesh Raptor a PF.

Cannerus, my problem isn't with the PFist. Personally, I put PFists in most of my squads. The problem is that with a PF and IoS, they are wasting that init bonus, but, as I said, a PF and IoCG would be better. If wounding is an issue, then he could use the LC instead, which improve his chance to wound almost as well thanks to rerolls.
