First I suppose it'd be best to list the rest of my regular 2000 pt army list.

HQ
Kharn
Winged Tzeentch DP

Elite
5 Chosen all with meltas in Rhinos x2
3 strong Termicide squad with combi meltas

Troop
8 regular Berzerkers with a Champ with PF
8 Thousand sons with an Aspiring Sorc with Bolt of change in a Rhino

Heavy
3 Obliterators
Land raider for Zerkers and Kharn to ride in
MYSTERY SLOT

At first I ran the Vindicator because the Demolisher cannon is too fun, but I found it getting popped way too often. I tried out a Defiler with 4 CCWs and he's been doing okay, but he can also get popped fairly easily or get his Battlecannon blown off. Also WS 3 and I3 means even though it gets a ton of attacks, it misses roughly half of them against pretty much every one and Dreads go before it and kill it without it touching them. I feel that the more effective unit would be another pair of oblits but I figure I'd pick the collective brain of Dakka on these 3 almost identically costed choices.

/picks your brain. Pick, pick, pick.

Obliterators are the better choice. You get more firepower, more survivibility and more versitility for the same points.

Your list could use a few more toops only 16 models that die as easily as marines is far too few for a 2000pt army. I would try to get at least three units of troops at 2000pts.

If we were to play each other in a tournament, not only would I table you, I would murder you, your family, every woman you ever loved and burn down your house. I mean, what's the point in winning if you allow people that don't take the game seriously to live?

Dont discard the humble havocs. Low cost, ability to crank some great Heavy weapons, flick them in a rhino when you need to move them about, and very very cheap.
