1 year in Astoria
6 months DC
2 years Guyana (interrupted by a flood and moving out for 2 months)
1 year DC
1 year hotel in Beijing
1 year apt in Beijing

And of course while I get to fly home, my stuff takes the slow boat back so it'll be 2-3 months till I get little things like my bed.

I feel your pain. I moved from state to state once every three years and a few times to different houses within those states for all my life. My father was in the Navy, and right before he retired I joined the Army haha. Now that I'm free of the military lifestyle hopefully I'll be able to stay put for a while.

I work for my rich uncle. he don't pay much but he does take good care of me.

But you're right. Army sucks. Marines are much better.

French Foreign Legion would be cool too. The much lesser known Kazakhistan Foreign Legion, less so.

Well they're gone with 98% of my worldly possessions.

Naturally once I picked my packout date all those people who'd been promising to come to Red China and see me decided to come, AFTER my house was emptied. I have 5 guests coming in the next 2 weeks.

Oh well.

After some thought I sent all my minis away on the slow boat from China, just too much hassle to try and bring them just so I can get a game or two in NY.

Geeze I have a ton of stuff. All these half-done armies I'll never go back to. PLUS two bags of Warzone models I got on clearance.

One of these days I'll do my Samurai Marine army... one of these days.

Only for me to go to DC and steal it
