Sorry, I was too tempted by Tinfoil's WIP on an awesome 40k Daemons army....

So hello to everyone, I'm new to the DakkaDakka forum (and it's the first 40k forum site I've applied to so far).

I'm French, 25 years old, enlisted in the Army, and living in a quite-small town named Chaumont (which comes from old French, meaning "the Bald Mountain" or "Hill").

I've been painting minis ever since I was 11 (much to my parents' dismay), managed to assemble a (quite-non-awesome) Space Wolves army, then broke out with the hobby by the age of 16. 5 years ago I got passionate once again, begun with Tyranids, Skavens and Undead, unfortunately all of my minis were stolen last year in the basement of my building.

So by now I'm starting all over again, and I'm currently on a 40k Daemons Army based around Nurgle, with some support from Slaanesh and Tzeentch (and no, I won't include Khornate forces into it... or maybe a small squad of Bloodletters ).

I guess that's about all for introducing myself.

Yeah, I must admit I swayed from the Emperor's Light too much, that's why His minions stole all of His foes that were lurking in my basement... That's a good call, that way I can deal with the loss pretty much better huh....

Right, being French's not so bad after all !!! I lost faith in my Space Wolves (which were pretty much SM painted in light blue, by the time huh) but they seem to be releasing some new minis by october, so maybe things will change!!!

There's nothing at all bad about being French. (Being English on the other hand . . .lol.) I hope they do a good enough job on the SW Codex this fall that you'll be tempted to outfit a real Wolves army. I encourage you to head over to the background threads if you care to see Dakka's opinion on Leman Russ. Hint: he's better than all the other primarchs combined.

Oh, of that I was sure... Of course Leman Russ is the most primal, feral and awe-inspiring of all Primarchs!!! (Well, I'm not sure if that makes him the best )

Anyway the cold and lonesome Fenris planet always exalted my imagination, so I guess I won't be able to resist the urge to make a squad or two...

Ah, I'm sorry, but there's a CSM Lord behind me who'd rather me praised Lord Mortarion instead as a Primarch... So I guess I'll comply for now...
