So, very recently I played a 2000 pt game with my eldar friend, and he fielded Eldrad with a wraithlord. Turn 3, I think, my commander and his honour guard popped out of the LR, charged forward, took two wounds off the wraithlord and 1 off Eldrad. He mutilated one of my honour guard, but he had to take the leadership, and rolled eleven! I chased him off the board.
To commemorate the moment, I am going to rub it into his face by converting a whole new commander figure, slicing a wraithlord apart while the farseer cries helplessly. Yes, this does mean it will be on a large dread-sized base, but I think that if I have the eldar farseer in the base at the bottom my opponents won't stop me from playing if they use the farseer to measure LOS and templates, as well as movement. So, what do you all think and any ideas for how he should be posed?
Oh yes, I'm going to run my chapter master with artificer armour, relic blade, plasma pistol, jump pack, iron halo. I think that's it....Yup! Comments welcome.

oh... just have a wraith standing up and the chapter master impaling it with a sword (while the chapter master is on a tall rock)

I was thinking that I want him to be jump-packing his way around, because those darn wraithlords don't usually have convenient high rocks around for assassins-to-be to utilize to their demise. Unless, of course, they think they can get cover from them. But it's an idea. Thanks!

Well if he's jump-packing, have him landing on the wraithlord's head, knocking it down, and shooting it in the head.

have the chapter master pulling the pwned wraithlord along the floor after it for an alternative scheme. instead of actualy in a killing pose, have the chapter master trudging along with an angry face and in one powerfist hes holding the leg of the wraithlord, which is sprawled out behind being dragged through the mud. and then you could have the farseer dead in chapter masters other hand ^^....i hate farseers -.- stupid tyranids cant screw up their pyscicniss -.- mindwars a bitch -.- KILL THE FARSEER

Y'know I can't help but think this chapter master should be an Angry Marine.

I think a good pose would be to have the chapter master cut off the egs of the wraithlord, immobilizing him and then while it is down, have hime thrusting his blade into the head carapace of the wriathlord. That's how I would take down a wraitlord.

I would just shoot it, but I digress .

You are asking a very complicated question with only one direct answer; that being:

A.) Pose it and leave it as a diorama
B.) As to the pose, you are looking at a minimum of around 300$ invested either way (5-10 hours minus or plus any materials you have or need). For the Wraithlord, just have the chapter master standing on top SCREAMING!!!

B.2.) A Wraithlord has WAY too much practicalities for you to be able to drop it feasibly in one frame. I am talking technicalities to be sure, but you are basically trying to summarize 5-10 minutes of fighting into one single frame. Think about that for a second, study Haiku's for two decades... then just pose the Chappie standing on top because my first answer still stands strong .

B.3.) If you can actually and factually even figure out how to convince me in one frame that something important besides END SCENE has happened, please do, and I will award you my official Sunglasses of optimism (Tm) on a lending contract based upon your performance with them in the future .

how about a 'dead' wraithlord with your chapter master standing on top of it, holding up the farseer by the throat with a powerfist.

either that or just have the wraithlord standing and angle the chapter masters feet so it looks like the chapter master is standing on its face at angle, only held on by hanging on by the sword that is impaled into its face.

Or you could have the wrraithlord being kicked in the face by a chapter master with a jumppack.

like he powerhouse kicked him or summit whilst landing.

How about the Chaptermaster with powerfist striking the Wraithlord in between it's legs. You could have the Wraithlord doubling over with the blow. I know the Wraithlord is just a fancy suit of wraithbone armour and circuits for the Spiritstone but some reflexes are hard to overcome (just like when you watch videos of skateboarding kids land on railings with their legs akimbo).

if the captain is going have a jump pack, why don't you have the wraithlord leaning slightly backwards, with a mud print on his head, with the captain sort of upside down, with his relic blade impaled in the chest area of the wraithlord, with little cracks painted on after

Congrats on running Eldrad off - my son shot up my Farseer for the first time a couple weeks ago and placed a green and white purity seal on the marine that he said shot my Biel tan Farseer..

So you wanna field a chapter master killing a wraithlord? Do you realize this doesn't make a lot of sense 99% of time? (like, for example, when your marines aren't actually fighting eldar)

This is nice as a diorama. Will be kinda hard to do though.

How about the Commander wielding a wraithbone limb like a baseball bat, chasing the fleeing farseer.

how about jetpacking up to Wl head-level, and punching it in the face, cracking the wraithbone. That would be cool.
