A few nights ago I played a small game versus Spess Wulves. Sadly, I started taking pictures at the start of turn 2, and with a cellphone camera, so bear with me. After setting the terrain down we rolled for mission and deployment. Before starting the game we decided that deff rollas can be used against vehicles.
Mission: Objectives
Deployment: Spearhead
Space Wolves won turn 1.

Like I said, pictures were taken at the start of turn two. Space Wolves deployed their Land Raider to his right, the rhino behind cover in the middle and the vindicator to his left. All were behind cover. A lone squad of space wolves sat behind cover, removed from the front lines. I effectively mirrored him, with the wagon of meganobs tucked in the middle with a wagon on either side. The Dred sat on an objective in the rear, closest to the table edge. Having failed to seize initiative, the game began.
Space Wolves turn 1
His vindicator moved out of cover, taking aim at a battlewagon. The squad of wolves on foot moved towards an objective. His rhino moved forward, to the edge of the central piece of cover, while his land raider moved forward between the central cover and a hill to my left. In the shooting phase nothing happened--the shot from his land raider failed to pen, and the shot from the vindicator flew off target.
Orks turn 1
I moved my left wagon out of the way, behind cover near an objective. The wagon of nobs moved all out, hitting the raider with its deff rolla. The right wagon does the same to the rhino, immobilizing it. The land raider was immobilized and stunned. The dread sits alone on an objective, out of range for anything.
Space Wolves turn 2
His troops on foot finally reach the objective, and his reserves come in from behind my edge. They move to the dread, shooting and failing to harm it. The foot wolves manage to immobilize the mega's wagon, and the vindicator misses again. The land raider can't do anything.
Ork turn 2
The meganob wagon drives over the grey terrain, hitting the raider with another round of s10 hits. They fail to do more damage. The red and black wagon (with red and black orks, in a red and black Waagh...) hits the rhino again with the rolla. 4 hits, 4 pens. Rolled a 3,1,1,1,. Garbage. But, the next weapon destroyed or immobilized hit would blow it up. Shooting from the boys that drop out of the wagon glance it enough to blow it up, and the troops inside the rhino spill out. The dread drops from cover, moving to assault the poor, poor squad of scouts. The boys from the red/yellow wagon spill out and run to objective 5, as the wagon tears off to the immobile raider. One squad of koptas comes into play, moving behind the vindicator. Both twin linked shots do nothing to it. Assaulting was good for the Orks...the dread got into combat with the 5 man squad and tore them up.
The meganobs pour out of their transport, getting into assault with both squads of wolves on foot. They lose one nob and wound another. The rhino wolves, however, lose all but three marines and their Lord. The other squad is down to two and stays in combat, whereas the Lord and his pair run for the hills.
Space Wolves turn 3
The crew in the raider finally disembark, and run at the red/yellow wagon. during their shooting phase they manage to wreck it. The vindicator throws out a template and kills 8 boys where they stand. This annoys their Nob, Bob Thraka.
The assault phase was again, not kind to the Space Wolves. The remaining marines in assault are wiped, allowing the megas to consolidate towards their transport.
Ork turn 3
More koptas come onto the field, and they move to intercept the new squad of space wolves. The meganobs move into the wagon, and the mek remobilizes it. They drive at the new wolves, deff rolling them and killing two. The squad of boys on objective 5 kill one, as do the three koptas. The dread retakes objective 4 and takes a nap. Bob Thraka assaults the vindicator and pops it. They consolidate towards objective 1, and are in possession of objective 2. The two koptas fly towards the remaining three marines and their Lord, while the red/black wagon deff rollas it and kills the pair of regular wolves and inflicts a wound on the Lord. The megas run at the foot squad of Wolves left and tank shock them, dwindling them down some more.
Space Wolves turn 4
Cornered, the last squad of wolves shoots apart the wagon. The nobs spill out, taking no wounds. Counting on their breserking charge, they run headlong into the meganobs. They fail and run towards the nearest table edge.
Ork turn 4
The remainders of the meganob squad (sans big mek, now) rumble forwards to the rest of the wolves, crowding around them. Their flamers and guns draw them to two, and assault wipes them. One last tank shock sends the Wolf Lord to a single wound.
At this point, the game was called. I had effectively wiped his side, leaving a
HQ with a single model to face at minimum a battlewagon with deffrolla, two koptas, and 20 boys with a Nob. Living was simply not in his cards.
To the right is my assistant. It works.
Score:
Orks-4
Space Wolves-0
Admittedly, upon doing the math I was given, he was down by around 75 points. The bikes would have thrown me, and slowed down at least one of my wagons. I can't see anywhere I might have cheated. All in all, I'd play him again.
