They are doing a series of anime styled sexy girl warriors.
It's not immediately obvious where this kind of figure would fit into 40K -- perhaps a wacky Inquisitor? It could make a fun character figure for SF skirmish and RPGs.
To save you the effort of finding the scale, it is quoted as 32mm heroic. Here is a pic from their Facebook page.

Great, just what we need. Another line of scantily clad, out of proportion women to make us look better.

I certainly need this. I am an unashamed fan of scantily clad, out of proportion women. Will it make me look better? Nope. Do I care? Not one bit. Get off your high horse, or just ride on by. No one is making you buy this miniature, or even look at it.

I think its pretty cool.
I really get a kick out of the new hungery companies coming out. If you get a distributor, I'll pick up a few different chicks.
The concept is fun, nonspace marine for a break, and looks awsome in the bodacious boobies.

At Games Workshop, we believe that how you behave does matter. We believe this so strongly that we have written it down in the Games Workshop Book. There is a section in the book where we talk about the values we expect all staff to demonstrate in their working lives. These values are Lawyers, Guns and Money. |

So what if she is 36 20 42. You could always sand them down if you want.

Out of proportion? I was in the US a few weeks ago, walking through Orlando International Drive....I see me some "out of proportion" women, that made that miniature look like Kate Moss.
Interesting that the first thing people think about is, "How to make this fit into WH40K".....interesting, and sad really.
She would work well in Anima Tactics, or a number of SCi Fi RPG games.....Warhammer be damned.

Well, this is primarily a 40K/ WHFB site, and I did comment in my OP that she would be a fun figure for SF skirmish etc..
As for the model's proportions, she is a piece of anime styled artwork. It's like complaining that bomber nose art is cartoony -- it's meant to be, that's the point.
Anyway, most GW miniatures are completely out of proportion but in a different way.

Well, that is certainly an inspired model. Honestly, if the rest of the models produced by this new company have the same amount of detailing, i wouldnt be surprised if they start branching off into more traditional tabletop minitatures.
Also, 'dem hips? *insert kanye west reaction image* hahaha

Cool Mini-or-Not has this for sale in their store, if you are looking for a US seller. They are not too bad to order from, though sometimes you need to stay on top of them for your stuff if it is back ordered.
The hips are a tad large I think. Partially it is due to the sorta armor she has going, and far beit from me to argue with Navarro, but with a waist that size, those hips might be suggesting some manner of tumor...
Very cute though, and a good start for a new company. I thought about getting one for my wife and painting it up (if mostly for the cat) but then remembered the squigs I owed her after her =][=munda character, and bought myself something instead
