Let's face it, a movie this big can only go one way, it will either fail on an unprecidented scale, or be such a huge success that it'll redifine the term 'blockbuster'.

Your right, but it won't be the opposite of a blockbuster, especially when Transformers 2000 can be considered one.

Having not seen it, I don't have much of an opinion of Pocahontas in Space yet.

I think the trailers looks similar enough to the movie "Battle for Terra", that the scriptwriters for both were sitting in the same room as they worked.

It could also fall somewhere in between, too. Not all movies are wastes of film or the next Star Wars/Titanic, some are just kind of ok.

I really know nothing (nor do I want to) regarding this movie.

I will say this. Slapping your name on the title is not just hubris but also marketing. Sadly, I think we can all agree it doesn't mean a film will be successful or any good.

Apart from investigating the floating chunks of rock and chopping down the forests seems pretty odd as a place to want to me.

I see it as another preachy environmentalist film, like Battle for Terra only with better graphics.

As Isaid not certain. I'm not certain Cameron's into preachy tree hugger stuff. We'll have to wait.

I was wrong about Titanic. I am hopefully wrong about this one as well.

What about Jeff Waynes War of the Worlds? Not a movie I know, but nevertheless awesome in every way.

I have heard nothing about this movie.
