I want to make a Battle company, and was wondering if they still sold the Battlecompany boxed set

Indeed not, I've been looking myself. I think GW online still sells the "Spear of Sicarius" AKA the Ultrasmurfs second company, including 3 or 4 drop pods, but thats a ton of money.

Tell your father that there are many cheaper alternatives out there than buying directly from GW, and he'll save a lot of money if he gets stuff online rather than walking into a store or just ordering it from GW's website.

This is really sneaky and unfortunate. GWs box sets used to save about 20-30% when compared to buying each unit individually. The Best deal is still the 'Cron battle force.

you can get a full company if you buy 1 tac squad box, 2 devastator boxes, and 4 battleforces...

you'd get, for ~$465,

4 rhinos
20 assault marines
20 scouts
60 tactical marines
20 devastator marines

you could probably get it for around $400, maybe $350, if you ebay it smartly.

I beg to differ I use Maelstorm and I'm American. We still get a discount and it get things I order from the UK faster than from other places in the US, at leas when it comes to GW.

Then where do you live? Im at the west coast, and it takes FOREVER

I live in Washington (THE STATE) and it takes them about a week normal shipping.
