Seems interesting. Hopefully it'll be easier to get my hands on this than on BFG. Which I doubt. :p

That seems to run counter to what I've heard about that system...

Whereas I will definitely be picking it up if it is indeed based on the Uncharted Seas rules...

I have played it and quite enjoyed the pace and casualness of the game.

Your best bet if you're interested is to look around and see if a group in your area is playing Uncharted Seas, and try it out. Opinion is great... provided everyone's opinion agrees on the same thing. Otherwise, personal experience is the best indicator.

Fan Site started & some downloads of the quick start rules and demo cut outs!

After checking the quick play sheet (which seems to lack any maneuvering rules whatsoever) I can safely say it is way too simplistic for my tastes, just like Uncharted Seas. I do like the models...

I'm loving that Dindrenzi (or whatever is spelt) ships.

It doesn't look bad.

If I didn't already have BFG (multiple fleets built & painted, no less), I'd consider it.

If it's just Uncharted Seas with new models and new names, that would be rather disappointing.

Sorry about my other post guys I did a foru search and it only pulled up planet strike posts.

NE way has everyone pre orderd. Or are they waiting. Because if it is anything like Uncharted seas It will sell out before it gets here.

I am looking forward to it because even though it will probably follow suite with Uncharted in simplicity, it will most likely be more balanced than BFG.

our group locked in pre orders yesterday got that feeling if you missed it you might be waiting..lots of buzz about this game should be fun.

Still, the ships do all look like flying bricks for the most part, but it might be fun, I'll have to try it out sometime.

Just added something for those folks not familair with uncharted seas explaining how the game works.

Look good, except they are all metal all the time. NO plastic what so ever. So expect your wallet to disappear.

The smaller ships may be metal but the medium & large are resin.

As for price they are fairly reasonable.
