So here is my first attempt at modeling a Brass Scorpion but decided to keep to my Nurgle army theme any other ideas would be welcome! I used twin linked heavy bolters for tail weapon and twin linked las cannons for the main gun.

It's cool but it seems a little small to be on par to a brass scorpion, which is a bit bigger then even the defiler.

Nice but yeah, it is a bit tiny.

Also, ask a MOD to move this to P+M.

That doesn't really look Nurgle, it just looks silly. From what I can tell it's just Halloween decorations bent and reposed.

Nice try, but it's not my cup of tea.

Not fully done yet and also probly better than a lot of people could do since all they do is buy glue and paint there army but to each his own. but besides that I was just experimenting and if it works out make one to correct scale! If you have any more ideas how to make it more nugelish than let me know I am always up for critisisom because it only make you better! Thanks!

I think you definately need some green stuff to add on entrails, chunks of rotting flesh, etc.

Also, the head looks too big for the model.

The feet look a bit slilly pointing inwards like that. Either make some more insectoid feet, or have them pointing the right way.

Might also want to reposition the ribcage so that the ribs are actually coming out of the spine, rather than tacked on the front of the spine.

And as I said, needs more green stuff (or even papier mache) strips of skin and flesh, as well as entrails etc...

Thanks got lots of time this weekend to work on it so will have some pics with a little more done!

I think you have a great start and an excellent concept.

Nurgle really is more about gluttony and decay than just death. I Like the skeleton as a start but it does not scream nurgle to me.

Lastly, and this is really nit-picking, I would think you would want the TL Las on the tail and the bolters as the primary gun. My reasoning is that the precision and high strength of the Las Cannons reminds me of a scorpion's sting!
