Ork Boy Hangin' off a Trukk

G'day gents!
I started painting way back in 2nd edition, then gamed with Blood Angels for a while when 3rd edition came out. Then followed a long break.
I could never get rid of the sense of terrible loss whenever a marine died, so now I'm collecting Orks, who can hopefully die in droves and still get the job done! Just bought a box of Boyz yesterday, and OMG the Bedford models look fantastic.
Think I'll paint them Evil Sunz (maybe they'll run faster), but I'm not sure if i'll keep to the fluff and stuff them all in Trakks. I'll start by finishing up a 400 point warband and then go look for enemies. What do you think of the following list:
- Warboss w/ PK & assorted gubbinz
- 11 sluggas w/ Trukk & PK Nob
- 20 shootas w/ Nob & 2 big shootas
- Deff dread w/ double rokkit launchas
The dread + shootas will form a firebase, steadily advancing on the enemy. They shootas wil unload dice on whatever infantry presents itself, while the dread takes care of tanks.
Warboss will, as you might've guessed, team up with the Trukkers and flank. I have no clue as to how such a list will work under 5th edition rules, so please help me out!

Great to be here. I've followed the forum for quite some time before joining, and it certainly seems to be the best one out there. What do you think, should I rather post my proposed list on the "Army Lists" forum? I've read some ork threads, but very few of them seem to be operating at my low points level (400-500 pts). I never really gamed that much, rather focussing on painting, so I want to start with a list that lets me play as soon as possible. Never was one for shoving around unpainted models
