From the gameplay video they posted, it seems that there are only ~4 unique types of enemies in each wave that are repeated. Is that actually the case? It seems that this would severely limit the variety of play from game to game.

I don't know the exact numbers, but there are def more than 4. I can think of at least 7 different wave one beasts and that doesn't include bosses.

I decided not to stay in here (funds and just not sure that I need it) but will definitely be paying attention when it hits retail. Especially if I can demo it at a convention to see if it's really something I'd play with friends or not.

I'd be more interested in this if not for CMON shenanigans. I like Magic: the Gathering, and this reminds me favourably of that, but Kickstarter exclusive cards can burn in hell.

Yeah, Kickstarter exclusive cards for games bother me, too. Boss Monster said if they could do it again they'd make the exclusive cards different in appearance only, not actual gameplay content... as restricting content seems silly. Bothers me even with normal release games like Quarriors with special card contents- I tend to not want any of them since most folks won't have them and it's not the "standard" game.

Hey just thought this needs some updating, tonnes of stuff has happened since the last post. I mean I think 2 more goals have been unlocked (close to getting promo stuff for all the gear) as well as the next one the milita is getting an

upgrade card and a MINI-EXPANSION has been given, for $10 get a new division and grafting cards. Also sleeves are an add-on. Um not sure what else but I think it is all cool. Mr. Black seems to be missing on these forums so I figured it

needed updating? Anyway I like what I am seeing, want more goals, (with the same quality stuff as the current goal/add-ons ect)

What dimensions are the play mats? Thought we did not need them due to mat in the middle and tracks around the side.

They're probably for playing other games- Magic, Yu-Gi-Oh!, Pokemon, and you can use them for other deckbuilders as well if their set-up isn't sprawled out.

UPDATES!
This is the big final push less than 48 hours! There is some pretty sweet goals and at this point there are a lot of extra cards going into this game. So... if I dont mess this up this is the photo dump.



Yes that is right another epic EXPANSION!

This will round out the cards for the experimental stuff and give TWO more units for wave 3! That makes the game play a lot more diverse for unit choice.

This is the FINAL GOAL and its some sweet extra aliens and a secret final thing. Also Mr. Blacks goal seems to be to get this to be the best grossing card game on KS. If you are on the fence back it now (the stuff it has gained over the KS is pretty neat (totally not cause I want some extra swag or anything....)
