Here's the Black Reach Warboss, had it laying around, figured I'd give it a shot.

Critique is welcome, although improvements can't be made as my Grandmother
requested it as a Christmas present. I guess she needs it to keep her Precious
Moments figurines in check.

May I ask what greens you used for the skin?

My eyes hurt from to large amount of awesome this has. great work No way i could paint that good.

I used a base of knarloc green, washes with devlan mud, highlighted with knarloc green again and then (iirc) goblin green. I did it as a one off and it was in spare time a few months ago, so I"m not 100% on if it was goblin green or snot green.

The veins were done with a translucent yellow.

The rust is Mig Pigments Standard Rust.

I really love the idea and concept that you actually painted the veins!

If I could go back I would change the amount of rust on his head and shoudlers. I also need to get a darker shade of rust as a single shade looks bland and to me a little overdone. It was the first non vehicle model I had used pigments on.

I also somehow missed mold lines on the right side of the skull and a little on the left shoulder spike.

I definitely learned some things while painting it, and it was a joy to paint. Perhaps I'll do a set of koptas I have laying around and sell them.
