Is this referring to the Kroot Mercenaries list, or is there another I'm not aware of?

I personally think it's a pretty good piece of work, you can definitely put me in the 'like it' camp.

I Loath everything T'au with such a passion that I actually keep the 2 T'au codexes locked up and guarded by rabid Crocodile/Gorilla hybrids.

I don't like tau.

I do like kroot.

I like that codex in that it means my friends will let me take kroot without tau in a non-apoc match.

It seems like a decent codex.

I really like the Kroot and have always liked the feeling of a race that isn't as primitive as they seem. But has the author of the codex added his own interpretation of Kroot history into this?

I think it would be good as a supplimental codex to the Tau. I know alot of people that want to play pure Kroot.

I REALLY dont think the Kroot deserve an entire codex, maybe flesh them out a bit within the Tau codex, but you can't seriously argue they are a predominant 40K race?!

I liked the codex, but mainly because it's the only way to run Kroot well. I've tried running a Kroot list going off of a Tau army, and losing 150 or so points to a Commander and 6-man Fire Warrior squad really hurts. That was the one great thing about the Kroot 'dex, it suddenly became possible to run a pure Kroot army instead of an auxiliary force to a Tau army.

That being said, I think it would be easy enough to flesh them out in a Tau codex, and perhaps not require the 1+ in both Commander and Fire Warrior slots.

I'd rather have Kroot with Wings than Vespid....

I'd also like to be able to run pure Kroot. It's not like they don't have access to the Tau Armory.

And if the Kroot can create "Warsphere" for BFG, they sure as heck can make a vehicle to carry all their bad, bird selves.
