Ok i have like 8-10 pages for a codex on a new army, They're a 50/50 mix of Daemon hunters and Chaos,they're called Grey Wardens here's a summary of the first page:

"IN WAR, VICTORY
IN PEACE, VIGILANCE
IN DEATH, SACRIFACE"
The Grey Wardens are an organization of the most elite and feared of warriors, dedicated to the destruction of daemons in the Galaxy. They are headquartered on the planet Medusa LXVII and they are known to have a former presence in the Imperium. The centuries of peace have left them all but forgotten. Yet, the Grey Wardens have kept watch through the ages, well aware that peace is fleeting, and that their enemy will never truly be defeated until the last of the daemons have been slain.
From the first, the Grey Wardens sacrificed everything to stem the tide of darkness. Uniquely qualified for this task, they drew upon the most powerful of weaponry and the finest of warriors from all races and forged them into a fighting force that had time and time again driven back the daemons. They remain legends, vigilantly watching for the return of their ancient foes, and stand ready to do battle once more when that time comes.

You -do- realize that Medusa V is a planet that gets destroyed, right?

And also that these are essentially Grey Knights. (The grey wardens from Dragon Age are essentially medieval grey knights)

Yeah I know but there's a twist. Their initation is different plus you use chaos space marine models (this is because they wear csm armour as a trophy)

What different rules are they going to have to Grey Knights. If it is just different background fluff you want then that is great and you can use different models to represent them and the rules for Grey Knights if not you may have a problem getting people to accept their rules

accually this is quite funny i have my own codex right now open on microsoft Word,
im making it for my chapter for my space marines and id accually say its doing good so far

Sounds like a cross between Grey Knights and the 13th Company Space Wolves to me!
