I believe that would be the expectation, yes. Don't see what's wrong with that either. Sending back something sent by mistake shouldn't be linked to resolving issues involving missing items.

Not sure how that'll play out in practice. (Everyone's upstanding and ethical, right?)

No, unfortunately. There's a shot of somebody who tried on Facebook. There's a lot of overflow, especially if you ordered one of each.

I would suggest contacting Kingdom Death about missing things. Considering how snowed under they are, though, it could it be a while before you get a reply.

My Dragon King has 40 gear cards and 10 rare gear cards the book does say 50 +10 misprint perhaps?

It wouldn't surprise me if typos and the like slipped through again. The main game certainly has its share of those, plus a lot of the expansion books end with two blank white pages, which isn't end of the world stuff, but still rather.. sloppy?

While KDM is great I'm really hoping that if KD:hero ever materialises or any other kingdom death KS for that matter, it is kept a lot tighter and tidier, I'd rather a smaller slicker production that got delivered in a sensible time frame next time round :p, however I totally would still throw money at it.

I'd imagine just contact them and ask,

potentially be prepared for a significant wait if you've also got a spidiulese leg issue since they're having to have more made and I doubt they'll want to have to send out more than one lot of extra post

Okay, I've gone through my stuff and everything looks good except that I have the same issue with Spidicules as others, namely duplicate leg sprues. I've taken pictures and hopefully they can figure it out. I agree with everyone who said the leg sprues should have been labeled.

Anyway, here is what it all looks like spread out all over my work room. Two xpac rule & card sets weren't in the frame when I took that last picture.

The facebook group has the best comparions photo of the 2 leg sprues, not perfect as they are opposite ways up but it does show the differeces

These sprues are very very close to each other. But look at where the arrow points to. One connector that is 90 degrees and short and one that is bent. I got the 2 bent ones and others got the 2 90 degrees ones. You should have one of each.

Both my identical sprues have "bent" joins so I guess I'm missing the 90° sprue.

We should all create a matchmaking site where we all post whether we're right-leg or left-leg. Then, we can meetup and exchange legs depending on what we're missing.

Seemed appropos for a KD thread.... Though I really should get mine out and check them sooner than later.

I find great humor in the fact that one of the fighting arts from the spider expansion allows survivors to trade leg injuries. The irony is sweet even if the prolonged wait is bitter.

Hopefully the leg issue will have a solution soon and will be fixed for the release on the shop. I know it will be upsetting if I pay that much for such a nice expansion and still have qc issues.

A problem being rampant in the industry does not excuse its existence. Any company that presents its products as premium, boutique, elite, etc. is responsible to uphold that image. Repeated or rampant failures to do so will quickly erode that image and make it all look like pompous self-important hype (think GW in 2012).
Kingdom Death (the brand) is built on the idea of the products being premium/elite so I have no doubt Adam will invest whatever effort is needed to resolve the issue before it propagates to retail purchases. I just hope they don't miss any boxes. The best part of Kingdom Death products is that they back up all the hype with genuine quality. I was a skeptic for a long time but they won me over.

I eagerly await the mail carrier like an eager child. I've had no email but the shipping notices seem to be inconsistent .

With the Spidercules, How many leg sprues are you supposed to have? I have x3 (2 of which are the same) plus another sprue which clearly has the front legs / arms on it.

there are 3 pure leg sprues, all of which should be different (although most people have 1 duplicate and 1 missing)

We are working with our fulfillment company on solution right now, thanks to backer kit we have all your info and will be in touch with a plan shortly.

as for the spider legs:

The Spidicules legs are a known issue and we're working with our manufacturer to get you those proper legs ASAP. If we had them on hand, we'd already be mailing them to you, but we do not ;_; We have your name on file and will be mailing these replacements to the address you provided when you confirmed your Wave 3 address. We are doing our best to get these done as quick as possible.

Are they mailing them to EVERYONE who ordered the Spider Expansion, of do we have to submit a ticket to make it happen?
