Not only did the stupid monolith not have instructions, but it is missing the non-rod-green-pieces(portal, crystal, and circle thingy)!! On top of that , the four sides were bent up up and so cannot be glued in place!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Calm down old fellow. Just take it back. GW will replace it with minimum of fuss.

Call their customer service line. They're really good about sending missing bits.

I had to contact them last week about some faulty sprues in 2 sky-ray kits, and they promptly replaced both kits , thats generous by any stretch.

And around what time to contact, I tried around 1000 am my time wich would be roughly 1300 ( or 1:00pm ) their time.

The individual I spoke to was extremely helpful and courteous, and I encourage the same in dealing with them .

Hmmm, good question, my call was placed during the week, and hopefully for his own sake he uses a modicum of decorum when talking to the customer service person, the one I spoke to was a dept. head, so likely he could have just as easily said no to any replacing of my faulty product ( if I had been unpleasant or dis-respectful that is . )

As a general thought to anyone who buys anything that turns out to be faulty: contacting the company who made it, or the store who sold it to you, is ultimately much more productive then venting on an internet forum.
