The Grey Knights Codex and models have gone up in price and are become exceedingly harder to fine, I heard from a store owner that a new codex is in the works, Does anyone know if this is true?

If going up in price means unavailable for sale then you are correct.
Most likely they are the next release (because we need more gakky imperial coedex...) after BA since their models keep disappearing off the GW website.

If they were to be the next release would anyone like to speculate (or reveal) a release date month for them.
Are Blood Angels out now (March) or next month (April)? How long ago was the last codex released?

I'd say quite a few are willing to bet that the next codex'll be a combined Inquisition one, not just Daemonhunters or Witch Hunters only. Both have had their books (and, depending on the country) and some basic unit boxes removed from the GW website, usually a sure sign of a codex being redone.
At least, I hope so.

Daemonhunters. No apostrophe. A while ago Phil Kelly said he was working on something with Grey Knights, so who knows. I think Andy Hall (Or some Andy who recently left, nobody going back as far as Andy Chambers) was working on the Witchhunters codex. GW said a while ago that there wouldn't be a combined Inquisition codex, but now that one of the two guys writing Inquisition books is gone, who knows?
I think it's possible we could see them in the next year. 3-ups have reportedly been seen of Grey Knight Terminators, and Stickmonkey posted about them again the other day.

Daemon Hunter / Witch Hunter codex should be really really good.
Mainly because GW know many people will buy this as a side army , to allied IG or Sisters of Battle . if not their main army.

From what I have found nothing points towards a demonhunters codex this year. Most of my sources state tau are coming in June, then 8th fantasy in August, followed by black templars in September. After that it's tomb kings, nercons and dark eldar... with that order unknown but supposedly sometime late 2010 one of these three will come, with the others coming soon afterward.

Be expecting new plastic box sets of Plastic Grey Knight in both power armor and terminator armor.
GK power armor box will have tons of weapon options like force halberds and gauntlet bolters , and psy cannons. will cost $35 USD
