You're thinking of Norn Queens, the Dominatrix is the next stage up in ground assault command structure after the hive tyrant.
This model is based on the old Epic scale mini, I think it's very good with the exception that the head is too small in comparison IMO.

It's a nice conversion, but I do slightly agree with children of filth. And the head is a bit small...

I like to imagine the Emperor kills so many Orks that he ends up half buried beneath a pile of corpses, with only his head sticking out. A lone grot stumbles across him, and starts choking him.

Then Horus comes across the lone grot, somehow managing to kill the Emperor, and punts it into space.

I like it. It's still looking very Tyranid-y, which is hard enough with a model this big.

The second head on the back looks a bit weird though.

I love the second head man! It looks like the Space Jockey from Alien!

Good work man, a very ambitious project and you handled it well.

If I were doing this with your materials, I would've had more of those skeleflex parts showing; I've never seen those toys and they rock! I would've kept the bones showing and put fleshy bits in the joins, and put "pipey" parts in the gaps in the tibia.

Well done all round though, the looks gels well with the rest of your nids.

Pretty good embiggening of the epic model. Personally I'm not a fan of the old model, but this is an impressive piece nonetheless.

That's one sexy bitch. Great job. What rules do you use for it? I think that BOLS might have done something where they adapted a bunch of epic superheavies that might work.

@all; thanks for the comments, even the constructive critism ones. The challenge to doing an epic miniature is on one hand I can say "well the size is off because that era of epic was more of an icon than an actual scale model" but then hypocritically I can turn around and say "well the head is small because that's the scale on the model!" The intent was to take the original Epic figure, designed in a slightly different aesthetic than the 'Nids are now and adapt it and modernize it a bit. I'm still an apprentice putty worker and this project was overly ambitious, but I am vaugely satisfied with the results; yeah I could do better, but it's best to take what I can from the experience and go on to other things. That said, yes the model could have been bigger to include the head, but I also only had so much to work with and lack the scupting skills to build a head from complete scratch. The important part is that I learned a lot about putty types and sculpting and pushed my envelope, ever so slightly.

@Warpcrafter: The BoLS Lords of Battle is the supplement you are thinking of. It's a little off due to the new codex and I strongly suspect that they will update it eventually to reflect changes since it came out, but I was my bible for the design and sculpture of this monstrosity. Eventually I'll play this thing in an Apoc game but right now I've only got a Hive Tyrant, a Tervigon and a handfull of Termigants painted up so it will bey very lonely on the playing field.
