First of all , im not going to leave the names out , because honestly its impossibly to hide and painfully obvious what goes on , but i really want to see some changes , improvements
between the relation between me and Kanluwen.

First of all , like most of you know me and him argue alot. What you guys dont know are the disciplines and bans when ever
me and him argue to the point of a thread need to be locked.

Now from the mod's point of view , i totally understand it must be frustrating , like " omg not those 2 again " , and yes i sympathize completely.
They have said , i should just place him on ignore completely.

However , i dont have to like someone in order to respect them. If they first politely ask me a question that is involved in a discussion ,
i will certainly politely reply to them in return , NO MATTER WHO IT IS. I see this as a polite gesture in a normal forum relationship.

However , things doesnt go nicely. After the initial polite question he asked , and my polite response , i dont know , his facade just disappears and he is back to his old self.
And yes very often they work in pairs , taking turns poking at me. Thus again , i find myself annoying mods with report button.

You guys have seen my posts , you guys have seen the arguments me and kanluwen have. You guys have seen how time after time he misinterprets what i said , with his condescending tone.
I mean fine , if he clearly read what i said and still chose to insult me , fine. But if he read it wrong , and insult me after reading it wrong , its just the more frustrating.

The mods care not who starts the fight , im sure both me and kan have been warned , any drama related to us 2 , we are both equally responsible.
Yes it sounds stupid and unfair , but again i can sympathize why mods decided that way , surely anyone been asked to "investigate" pages of how things escalates will be driven insane.
So do i think its fair? No , but i understand , and thus oh well.

I have no more "strikes" left on Dakka. Yes Im going to be gone , but thinking about it , while zero tolerance policy help keep load
off mod's amount of work , its still not fair.

Forge World thread: Been told my experience in Forge World means nothing because i buy inferior 2nd hand products , been told i dont buy enough Forge World Product ,
been told that what i said is dumb is JUST WRONG. Well , it does help that it turns out i was right all along lol. But its not pleasant interaction at all.

First off , thats RUDE , 2nd of all , i really tried discussing it with him , i politely offered TWICE because its not related to Korea , whether he wish to discuss it somewhere else.
Of course , he ignored the gesture. But if you read that thread , kanluwen himself misread (deliberately or not , honestly i cannot tell ). I was going to respond but its locked.

I asked a mod , that there is a chance that kanluwen might really be wanting to discuss it , and i wouldnt mind sending him a PM
figuring out why there seems to be a mix with what i said vs what he think i said.

Needless to say , the purpose of this thread is. Im openly letting dakka know ,
im going to have to put him on ignore from now on . So im not purposely ignoring when he types to me. ( but curiosity might kill the cat never the less )

I dont have much else to say kanluwen , but if you would allow me to say something from the bottom of my heart on this issue , i want to tell you this.

Many times an issue have many sides and reasons to it. But if you are going to be biased towards that person , your view on their actions will be effected.
I strongly suggest you to take a bit time out to calmly look , re-read what the person is trying to convey , and look at the whole thing from a clean slate point of view.
I guarantee , your misinterpretation and conflicts would occur less.

To mods: Im sorry to burden you guys when me and kan fight.

To forum members: Im sorry if my actions are not elegant , and my participants in a thread often makes it turn ugly.

To kan: Im always happily awaiting for you to be friends.

One last thing i need to say. I know we dont get along , i know mods tell me to ignore . But , been polite and not giving up , i have
made peace with Mean Green Stompa , its not that i cant put him on ignore. Its i believe ultimately , kan and i should be able to get along.

I disagree! but stelek was a special case with his own media outlet that he certainly didn't mind using for that exact purpose.

Maybe OP could be amended to more "let bygones be bygones"? Seems like the end offer is "I've argued with people before and now we're cool [via this kind of thread] so let's do that again now." There is another good point: this is not a private problem. It's wrecking (other peoples' perfectly good) threads and so maybe it can be worked out in the open where more than mods can call foul (as you just did, Cheese) to get the problem solved. Not being a mod myself, I don't think this is presumptively a bad idea. As long as it can get done soon.

It sounds to me like she is trying to deal with it. Perhaps you should learn from her example and develop some patience and manners yourself.

Luna should be working this out in private with the mods and Kanluwen, not flaunting it for everyone to see.

It seems to me that the biggest reason that this sort of thing is frowned upon is that it can easily devolve into the rest of us taking sides. Now we've all seen the fights. It takes two to tango. Both sides are guilty but here's a chance to come to the table. I reiterate, this has been a long running public problem and "working it out in private" seems to just put it off. Instead of taking sides, let's show support for both. Kanluwen and LunaHound are both very valuable posters on Dakka, IMO. I'd hate to see either lost either by being forced out or getting fed up. If you'll notice, neither of them have availed themselves of the ignore button in these past months. So maybe there is at least the chance that both parties actually do care about what one another say for more than the sake of trolling and counter trolling.

It will be done soon no worries one way or another , whether be it settled once for all , or im erased from Dakka.

I have tried numerous time to discuss with kanluwen , he never ever responds. I mean , have you seen the korean thread? i asked many times.
Im also letting the mods know , our arguments are indeed an eyesore , im letting them know why even though i think its unfair , i 100% think its the best way for mods
to do things without going insane.

Im not flaunting cheese. If i want to flaunt in any arguments , all i have to do is flash my black card. Then all the problems will become pointless.
But if i ever do , i probably just doomed my own future.

Yes manchu , most of the time i dont consider kanluwen to be trolling , i consider what he said to be valid.
Thus is why i hope to set things straight with him. And which why im very often puzzled when he misinterpret what i said.
I will often wonder if there is a misunderstanding between us instead of jumping to the conclusion of him trolling.

I dont think he trolls , i just think he have a very bad temper.

Communities are premised on the notion that we give another person the benefit of the doubt. Shouldn't be so hard to do on Dakka where there are plenty of smart and interesting people.

Well I must of been blind for not noticing you two "fight" on FW threads. It seems to me that both of you are a bit stubborn, wanting to be right but maybe being right isn't really right? I don't think I made any sense there.

Having read one of the "fights" from the linked threads my own personal oppinion would be to keep him off your ignore list and should he ask a relative and valid question then answer. But the moment he starts misreading or twisting your words to antagonize you, just drop it there. So long as you dont respond to any of his instigating replies, I think it will stop the flame war before it happens.

On another note, I really hope you dont leave Dakka as in my opinion you bring alot to the forum and personally, I am inspired by alot of your work
