seriously why are we getting snow in easter, we are under a foot of snow and the schools are closing.I haven't seen a snowplow,last-night or today, and the buses are stopped.
But in edinburgh, which i can usually see from my window, there is no snow at all!

Why?, sometimes I think Penicuik(my town) has its own weather system
at least I get 2 days extra easter hols

We are getting a few flakes, but it is not sticking, sadly.

Though I hope that it holds off for a couple of days, I don't fancy a 4 hour drive through the snow, or over snow for that matter

They have stopped saying that because they look like a bunch of tools, and to think it all went downhill when they held a Global Warming conference in a northern european country in the middle of winter... in a blizzard.

They have to find Frazzled first which is an adventure all its own. Next they have to dig to find his bunker because i heard he lives at the center of the Earth with 2000 demonic weiner dogs protecting the outer walls. Of course the demonic weiner dogs could number in the hundreds of thousands by now due to breeding like rabbits. I have a very reliable source..... ok so it is Frazzled but i consider him reliable.

Where I live it will be bright and sunny all week. Of course, this followed weeks and weeks and weeks of coldness and snow. Global Warming should have left with the 80s, but Al Gore resurrected it when he thought it would help him win his presidential campaign.

Maybe the poles are shifting slowly? Or it is just one of those years? Here in Japan it is rainy and cold. Usually it is sunny and in the mid teens C. Today it's like 4 and heavy cloudage from the ocean.

Global warming in a nutshell:

We've had "mini" ice ages frequently on this planet and they have exactly the same symptoms. I think the last one was somewhere between 1600 and 1700.

Poles are always shifting, as proven by earth samples of the ages(average around every 50000 years if I remember correctly, dont take my word on the number though..)

Snowed like crazy here last night and settled, but it was all gone by the time I got up (about 20 to 9 - woo days off work!), except for on cars.

Guess that it has not melted in some areas though, as some of the cars look like they have a couple of inches of snow on them.
