As title! So many people seem to have enjoyed painting this awesome mini, I thought I'd start a thread to consolidate them all, so...
I'll start with my feeble attempt:

This is my favorite space marines sculpt.

I based him on a hirst art molds stair bit. I took another bit and broke it into pieces for the rubble effect.

well its kind of big, I run dual wide screens, but there are a lot of people out there with small monitors, which is why I kept the small thumbnail...but thanks, man!

Just kidding, HQ models need to stand out a little.

I love the tall bases. It gives the mini a feeling of (even more) arrogance. "I don't care if you can see me from across the field! I'm Chaplain in Terminator Armor!!!"

I've got a kitbash: (sorry for the crappy pic quality)

Just use chaos parts and file off some of the iconography, then layer up with bitz from regular terminator kits. The Crozius was made from the top eagle bit from terminator sprues, combined with the homing beacon. An easier way to do it might be with a thunder hammer shaft, but this one worked ok.

Absolutely. I also thing the sculpt has him looking down a bit, as if he's executing some heretic crouching before him. I've changed the base on mine a fair bit but it's still got the same rocks. I have a separate one for DLOS

This be my attempt at painting the chaplain in terminator armour. He's not quite as shiny anymore metals wise, and I've since finished up the gems I missed since taking that photo. Of all the models I've ever painted, I'm probably happiest with this guy. Yes, the base is intentionally unpainted.

Nah, the scrolls are fine. The armor just needs a highlight to bring out the definition. Try a dark gray or a dark blue highlight.
