Yep, head and arms are separate. Almost done with head #2. Then second set of arms.

The movement you have captured in this sculpt is really impressive, the hands look loads better now so thats good as well

I'd love to see him with hunter orange vest/gak and the hunter hats with the furry ears, don't know why but think that is a needed zombie look I haven't seen yet.

Your sculpting has gotten really good. I ordered some procreate after revisiting this thread. Keep up the great work!

Thanks guys! I'll give the Hunter Orange idea a go when I get to painting.

Speaking of which, I started on the green glow for the Heldrake. I think it will work.

Like I said before, I am not a great painter, so there are little smudges and such that are not even visible under normal inspection, but they show up in pictures like neon lights!

hmmm.... what is supposed to be the color in those spaces beside the gloweffects there?... if a darker color it will be then i think you are good!

I was just going to leave it Bronze....But a bloody red might look good too. I don't know.

I like the effect, is it just power oozing out between all the panels? If so you should do it around the rivets also

That's good call on the rivets!

I am painting some of the panels black, then I will do the glow on those, and see which looks better.

All of the paint so far is on the under side of the wings, just in case I have to fix it, it won't look too bad.

That thing is almost as big as my Morkrauder bomma

Never compared the sizes.

On an unrelated note, I just bought an Aegis Defence Line.
It will take some time, but it will become a Chaos Defence Line eventually!

Going off the size of the drake to the base, BIG flyer. still though, not sure 75bucks is a true right price, GW loves to gouge us all.

Black panels look good with the green sickly glow effect.

That's a nice contrast, but you can add a few hot peppers to spice it up a bit more

I have odered some more Chaos vehicle spikey bits, and I have literally Hundreds of skulls to add to it!

And I am building the sprues for molding up the Zombies!!! Yay!

AH, OK. Yeah, I did say that didn't I? But since it will be for Black Legion, black will look better. Besides black covers the bronze without 10 coats. I'm not patient enough to put on more than 2 coats.

I may be getting a second one at some point, so I may switch up the colors and effects for that one.

Mold should get done next week some time.

I know it's to allow the resin to flow and remove air bubbles but where the rod goes through the zombie head and...well....just looks uncomfortable. Good thing they don't feel pain.

So, I have been working on the My Little Commissar.

Started on the hair and ears. Hair is not done, it will be longer in the back, and the hair on top is matted because a hat will be going there.

Also, a question, does the hair look better sort of real looking, as shown, or should it be smoother and more cartoony looking?

And the dimple on the back side of the pony is where the tail is going to go, so get your minds out of the gutter!

that dent in the pony´s back is probably obligatory for such figures

not too sure tho about the hairdo atm and definatly not the pointy ears... what is that supposed to look like... vampire pony^^?
