So I have a large order about to arrive with a bunch of spangly new plastic kits and realise I have no plastic cement left. I want to pop out at lunchtime and get some (at work right now) but can't for the life of me seem to find any high street shop that sells it. I have looked at the online stores for Wickes, B & Q, Robert Dyas and Staples and none of them seem to sell the right stuff. Am I limited to tracking down some model railway shop or something to get hold of this stuff? There is a GW locally so that's my backup plan; buy some GW plastic glue but I would rather find somewhere else first. Where do other UK Dakkites get theirs from? Ideally, I want to nip out and get some in a few hours so I am prepared for when I get home and my package is waiting for me!

I can't recomend any specific shops as they are often independant, but the best place would be hobby shops (model railway, historical, ect), they will all be much cheaper than GW.

I haven't ever found a DIY shop which stocks it, I think in most cases excluding models superglue does a similar enough job so people buy that instead.

Yeah I figured as much. I have a load of super glue at home so I can use that in a pinch. The alternative is the GW own brand but if it's anything like their own brand super glue...

I love this stuff:

Or you can get it at HobbyCraft if there's one near you.

If you have a toy shop near you that sells warhammer and airfix and things like that they should have it .
