Hi there!

For exansion of my Army I'm going to try and make a substitute for the Ogryn.

I have some experience with 3d modelling so I'm going to make this in 3d first. My inspiration comes from these models;

Before I can start, I'll need the height and width of an ogryn model, is there anyone who can help me on this?

Everyone has a choice. Me, I choos not to make a choice

I don't know the exact height and width of an Ogryn, but they are prolly about 3 or so centimetres, and they go on 40mm bases, so width doesn't really matter imo. Just as long as they aren't too skinny. I'm prolly wrong though...

But I would use those for sure as Ogryn, cuz the current ones looks dumb.

I have 2000 points of , called the Crimson Leaves.
I will soon be starting WoC, devoted to
I have 500 points of , in blueberry and ice cream (light grey and light blue) flavour. From the fictional world Darkheim.

Nanomachines inside their bodies enhance and regulate their abilities. Genetic control. Information control. Emotion control. Battlefield control. Everything is monitored, and kept under control. Core has changed. The age of deterrence has become the age of control. All in the name of averting catastrophe from weapons of mass destruction. And he who controls the battlefield, controls history. Core has changed. When the battlefield is under total control, war... becomes routine.

Except those guys are just way too armored for a 5+ save. They are awesome miniatures though.

Try the WHFB Ogre Kingdoms range. Perhaps the new River Trolls could be counts-as Ogryn?

Yea that can work, but the Ogryn mini is alot bigger then a nob. I used a Bone Ead Ogryn as a base for my warboss. Heres a pic(bit blurry but it works lol) on the right is an AOBR nob. So hes a bit larger then a nob. Just for the info.

Orkyben - Your army in that link is friggin awesome just for an FYI
