I'm thinking about starting a CSM army......and wanted to paint them white. Is there any Fluff to support CSM 's with white armor.

Why do you need established fluff to justify it? Just like Loyalist Chapters, not every single Renegade Chapter is documented by GW.

Or Tzeentch. If you include some warp-y cool colors you could make some neat Tzeentch themed marines.

Nurgle would be easy, just have to make it look rotting. Though perhaps white is not the most fitting color for him.

Khorne is perhaps the least conducive to white, but hey, its YOUR army, make it cool to your standards.

As far as fluff, just make something up. Its all cool unless you go really off the mark.

Gathering the Informations.

World Eaters were originally white.

Just throwing that out there.

The Cleaved are a bitch to paint, I'm told, but they are almost white. The Night Stalkers presented in Codex: CSM are also pretty darn close to white.

There's just an acre of you fellas, isn't there?

Create your own chapter (the Bleached? the KKK?), or corrupt some white scars (sure to annoy the loyalists)!

Alternatively, Chaos will use camo when required (just like every other army), so do a frost/snow themed chaos army - then you can use any existing army, and just go touches of their normal armour colour (shoulderpads etc).

I have white CSM (link in sig). Though they are kind of dirty corrupted brownish white Nurgle themed CSM, so are not pristine white.

There's a CSM warband with black-and-white armour called the Sons of Malice. They're supposed to be worshippers of a minor Chaos god called Malice, who represents anarchy and terror. They're cannibals who do some pretty horrific stuff.

People are like dice, a certain Frenchman said that. You throw yourself in the direction of your own choosing. People are free because they can do that. Everyone's circumstances are different, but no matter how small the choice, at the very least, you can throw yourself. It's not chance or fate. It's the choice you made.
