Hi All
This is the army list I am toying with for a run at tournamants over the coming year. I suppose I'm looking for the list to be unique and competitive. So let me know what you think, where I have made mistakes and what armies you feel this would do well against and struggle. The main plan is to have no vehicles in the hope that my opponent has wasted a good proportion of their points on anti-tank while having an extremely mobile shooty force that still packs a punch in combat.
Couple of outstanding questions. Should i have 2 squads of looters instead of Tankbusters and am I packing enough punch in combat with only my Nobs?

Well, I don't know what kind of army you normally face, but even a mech army is going to have a hard time shooting through a horde that large!

This looks like a really good list. I think your opponents are going to be overwhelmed by the amount of boyz and the amount of dakka, speaking of which, shoota boyz would be best for this list, don't know if that was a given or not. A list like this effectively makes all of your opponents' tank killing useless, anything with a lascannon, bright lance, etc has no chance of getting its points worth of kills.
One thing you need to do for the tournament is make sure you can move you boyz very fast when its your turn. Tournaments are timed, and its going to take a lot longer to operate armies with 157 models than armies with say 50. If you take too much time on your turn, it could be unfair and might anger your opponents. For ork armies like this, making your movement phase more efficient is a very courteous thing to do in a tournament (I know being courteous isn't an orky thing to do, but this isn't about your models this is about the way you operate them in a tournament setting). Make sure you plan out your movements during the end of your opponents turn. Don't measure each boyz' move, just move the front few up 6' and move the rest up so they are as close to the front models as they were. If you have a little 6' measuring stick, that would help. Move them with two hands after you've measured.
What if you dropped the squad of 15 boyz, make the main 3 squads have 30 boyz, and gave them each a third rocket launcher? This would then give you ~60 points to spare, which you could use to add in a few lootas or tankbusters. Just a suggestion though, I can see how the 4th scoring unit would be nice.

I am vehemently against Rokkit Launchas in boy mobs. IMO, 3 BS2 S8 shots won't do much and those 70pts could be better spent elsewhere.
Bosspoles in all your mobs for sure.
Get all your mobs up to full strength, 20 at minimum. 15 Boyz are not a threat with no mech support, ie Trukk/Wagon.
Tank Bustas are trash, nuff said.
Run your Koptas in three mobs of one and they will do well for you. Consider Buzzsaws.
If you are only running ten Lootas (I would suggest more) split your mobs into fives to diversify targets.
