OK, (welcome to the site) first of all, grenadiers is not an efficient upgrade for veterans in chimeras. But, if you feel it's really necessary for your models/the look of your army, go for it - this kind of IG army is hard enough that you don't really need to be super-efficient, as long as you pick good units.
First of all, I think Creed is a mistake here. Mechanised lists don't get the same benefit from orders infantry do - Creed can give orders from a chimera, but not to any embarked squad, even his own. You're using him to outflank hellhounds - that's cool, but it's not necessary. I don't think it's worth 120 points (creed + astropath). I would drop these upgrades, which would free up nearly enough points for another mechanised squad. I also think sniper rifles are pretty weak for the cost - they're only really efficient against monstrous creatures or very heavy infantry, I think a mobile squad with meltaguns would be more useful. Medic, also not the best use of points - you're spending 30 points, to make a base 50 point unit tougher against some threats. Not worth it IMO.
Actually, just noticed the CCS has no chimera. CCS w/4 meltas and a chimera = 165. Honestly, will be more effective than your current squad.
Troops are good if you let grenadiers slide, HWTs in mechanised squads are a divisive issue. If you do go for them, 2 autocannons spread around might be better than 1 lascannon - better synergy against vehicles.
Fast Attack - hellhounds are nice, obviously if you don't plan on outflanking it's not worth forming a squadron (IMO, it's not worth it even then) Sentinels - ML is commonly regarded as a poor compromise between autocannon and lascannon, math tend to back this up. I would pick one or the other (maybe even with a HK missile, I can see those being useful here)
Heavy Support - LRBTs, good, split the squadron up. Pask in a vanquisher is awful. As a friend of mine found out after painful experience, it's 205 points. You get one shot, even at BS3 that's not great. If it does hit, and does penetrate (again, a good chance but nothing like certain) you get one roll on the damage table, and it's not AP1. That tank is unlikely to ever make its points back. I would swap it for some other variant, or for a medusa w/bastion breachers (same role, more reliable, more versatile).
Hope that helps!
