I'm in the brainstorming phase of a squad of rough riders. Saw the jetpacks, those are really cool. I was thinking of some other creature to ride, a friend did lizardmen dragons so thats not an option, and I wont be on horseback 40,000 years into the future. Are there any good animal mounts in the catalog or other catalogs I haven't thought of yet?

Thanks!

Since everyone was kind enough to bring their awesome conversions to the table, I thought I'd make a summary at the top for further reference.

Hasslefree Miniatures do a nice Rhino head.

Get a bunch of Ogres, replace their heads with Rhino heads, greenstuff a saddle, and bingo!

Get razorgors from the Beastmen range. No player will be able to stomach their awful sculpts, and will collapse in a puddle of their own rage.

Well, it's German, but you could look at the pictures

I think, that's a nice use of scout bikes.

That German Conversion is exceptional- I've been thinking about the scout bikers myself, and he/she has made them perfect for the Guard. Thanks The Chaos-Kraut

I but my bears here, but they have any kind of fierce animal (rhinos too )

As if on cue, you hear two people singing from the stairwell, and the door is opened and a pair of very smelly, very dirty guardsmen stumble in, completely drunk, and covered in vomit, and immediately collapse unconsious on the porch. You drag them to their beds, realising that they will not be waking up for some time.

Is this the right scale for cadians to ride on back? Is there a niche cut out or do I need to carve out the animals back?

These are sweet.

I have valhallans sitting on the bears. Once the bears are painted I'll post some mock ups
