I think for myself, the Lootas will be okay. The range means they can sit in cover nicely, so not too expensive. I was thinking of a 10 strong mob, as it would be less expensive.

Tankbustas at 15 points a pop though? hmmmm. Bit pricey because they are going to be very vunerable and prime targets, and will have to close to do damage.
pity because boomsquigs are awesome.

The Ork elites are going to have some serious trouble I think.

10 Lootas? OK, it's cheaper. Problem is that you're one scatter laser/Tornado/barbed strangler away from taking at least 2-3 or so casualties, and then you're going to be legging it once you have to take that LD test. We can't get upgrades to LD8 on Nobz anymore, and without numbers, our expensive elites will leg it.

Lamentations about Elite Orks aside, I was thinking about the new dex while exercising last night and I saw my looted tanks across the room. They're going to become battlewagons, and are the standard 3 you'd see, Bassy, Russ, Demolisher. They're going to get modded a bit to look more Orky, but they're going to stay about the same size as now, so they're not too terribly hard to hide on turn 1.

Ghazgul, 3 Looted tanks without closing the top, 3 Mobz of 20 Sluggas+PK Nob. Red Paint Job.

Zoom 13" Forward, 2" Disembark (kind of 3" because of the base), Ghazzy's 6" move, 6" Charge = 27-28" charge on turn 1.

No it won't work very well, but BOY would it be interesting, maybe cool enough to run one of them and the other two as the new mini-russ Battlewagon.
