Given that Malal's Fluff is very old WFB or WFRP, and the Emperor's Fluff is entirely newer 40k, I'm not sure where you're getting this from. What Fluff source are you talking about that links Malal to the Emperor?

At Games Workshop, we believe that how you behave does matter. We believe this so strongly that we have written it down in the Games Workshop Book. There is a section in the book where we talk about the values we expect all staff to demonstrate in their working lives. These values are Lawyers, Guns and Money. |

SLAANESH!
So much debauchery! Nurgle is definitely closer to my own lifestyle, but Slaanesh is far more appealing. You can't say you've lived until you've done the deed with a hermaphroditic crab-woman while doing lines off her back and having a tentacle monster that would make even the most perverted anime enthusiast blush whip you.
My imagination is.. not something that needs further goading and inspiriation from Chaos gods...

Fernex, the "Chaos Machine God." Wholly unofficial, but has been kicking around the Internets for some time now. Here's a link to some B&C background and homebrew rules for Fernexian followers, and I also have a print out from an ooooold website about Fernex and adapting his worshippers to 40k (this time using the first Codex: CSM). I'll see about scanning it, as people have asked and it's not online any longer.
Note: I'm not 100% with the B&C rules, but the fluff and demon names are good by me. "Manglers" in the older rules I have were created from battlefield debries and manifested as significantly larger demonic entities, not the tiny T3 doobers at B&C.

I bet Tzeentch-heads can use their twisted, eldritch way-changing to get their rocks off while making the poor manipulated partners think it was their idea in the first place.
I had to say Malal cause I'm such a pissy contrarian.
