The devastator company so far has no list written and the only squad completed is a missile launcher one although I have ssembled

What bitz did you use to make the commander?

Could you take an above shot of the guy with the hood? It kinda looks off... no offense

For the commander mostly spare bitz:
head from sm commander box (the half bionic one)
shield from the assault marine sprue on the left chainsword arm
Servo skull from the devastator box set (I will make it count as digital weapons)
The right arm is a bolter holding arm with a powersword hand on
The torso is from the assault marine box set again

The guy with the hood is from a period I went through when I thought putting phycic hoods on everything was cool, I even have a gaurdsman with one!
It was made from a shoulder pad.

My hellhammer, not finished but I like the blues and the jacks in the lights

For the dude with a hood yopu could like add a laser sight or somethin, or just glue a spare rocket to it.

They also have a librarian and captain attached (old dex)
I saw this metal then primary colour idea on lemmingspawn's iron warriors thread and knew I just had to paint some of my own

Here's the librarian, I painted faces on his force weapon (the chainsword) and I am quite happy with the way the power axe came out

Looks great! How did you do the shading on your red?

It was just scab red base coat
then everywhere but the deepest recesses was painted red gore
finally then blood red highlights
