Its pretty obvious he is doing it, who likes at the dice in their hands as they make the trow.

Besides as soon as somebody discovered it they would either refuse to play them or force them not to look at their dice as they threw.

If he uses pipped dice, he won't even need to look. He'll be able to *feel* the dice.
