still, any AP 2 or 1 can absoluetly tear down that unit, imagine a volley of heavy gauss fire or an orbital bombardment, if ure playin apocolypse then an apocoliptic blast would make short work of a unit like that, then bam! 500 points wasted

thats why you keep dreads out the way and get rid of any havocs with killkannons or lootas.

in 1000 pts i have 7 lascannons, think of the damage in an apocalypse battle.

by hiding the dreads out the way i mean out of LOS so they cant be shot.

but yea, for thier points you can throw 2 thirsters at them and watch them all die.

yes as they all fired at my monolith, which still managed to last a good few turns, but its just terminators that annoy me, especially these ones, as they just about seem invincible in theory

yes, even orks have enough common sense not to be that stupid

got access to any power weps? if so then they will kill termies easily.
anything that ignores armour saves makes short work of them.
