QFT. Even my wife loved Snakes, and she generally detests movie that are "bad" on purpose(Pootie Tang, Kung Pow, Baseketball, Orgazmo, etc.).

Agreed, but they were both purposefully written to be horrible movies that the groups could have fun shooting. They weren't written to be "good" movies, but to be laughed at.

Hence, "bad" being in quotation marks.

Also, I almost can't watch Kung Pow anymore if it's not the "Book on Tape" version. Too funny for words.

Worst scene:

That one in Wild Things where Denise Richards and Neve Campbell get in a fight in the pool and then begin making out and Denise Richards loses her top. Man that scene sucked.

No one care to bring up the old Mario Brothers Movie? That movie was bad enough that even as a child with no concept of good entertainment I thought it was terrible..

Agreed, in fact that scene was so bad I had to watch it over and over just to confirm it was as bad as I first thought.

Oh, come on, you know Snakes on a Plane wasn't horrible. Even if you did hate it. The production values were at least decent, there were hardly any cheesy one-liners (!), and you've gotta admit that it's a good idea. A unique idea, at least.

I wouldn't know about one liners.... I couldn't sit in the theater for more than 10 minutes after it started. I didn't even want to go in the first place, but the GF insisted. *I* insisted on leaving. Guess who didn't get any nookie that night?

I'll throw this one out here just to add to the pile. The Punisher movie, bout '03, '04, with John Travolta as the drug lord where Castle is fighting the Russian in the sailor shirt. Oh. My God. I had to walk out.

Maybe not the worst in 30 years (the Matrix scene with Neo fighting Viral Smith on the basketball court that was 100% CG was bad), but the Punisher scene deserved a mention.

Seriously? A lot of people actually love that scene...

I mean, it might be cheesy as hell (probably due to the music playing in the background), but worth a walk-out?

I just thought John Travolta's character was a capital PUTZ. I mean, how can you be that full of fail? It's just.. saddening. The rest of the movie was a 6-8 out of 10.
