Ah I see, Pudding over here in Britain generally means any kind of dessert, if I understand it pudding is something a lot like a yogurt or something to that degree over in America.

Anuvver fing - when they do sumfing, they try to make it look like somfink else to confuse everybody. No, that's eaten either with or before a main course.
They can be eaten as a pudding, but normally with the things you would put on pancakes (syrup, ice cream etc etc)

I tried this steak and kidney pie at a pub in England years ago. Was absolutely addicted. Had it every night the remaining few days I was there. Unreal stuff. Also, is organ meat a common thing in British food? I know a lot of people in the US seem to turn their noses up at it. I don't have so much of a problem, but I am considered pretty adventursome when it comes to my vittles.

The most common organs eaten in England would be Kidney and liver, while in Scotland they have Haggis.
Hmmm.... Haaaaaagis...

There are many recipes, most of which have in common the following ingredients: sheep's 'pluck' (heart, liver and lungs), minced with onion, oatmeal, suet, spices, and salt, mixed with stock, and traditionally boiled in the animal's stomach for approximately three hours.
In some ways, the northeastern United States dish scrapple resembles haggis, however scrapple differs in the following ways: it uses pig offal instead of sheep offal and cornmeal instead of oatmeal; it is a meatloaf rather than a sausage; and it is fried instead of being boiled. As a result, the appearance and the flavour vary significantly. So the resemblance lies more in the fact that it is a combination of offal, grain and vegetables than in any specific ingredient or cooking style.

We have something similar in the Midwest, but we usually call it Mulligan. You take whatever leftover meat and starchy side-dishes you have leftover in the fridge, add anything that you can bring yourself to dump in the pot (Mushrooms, french fries, halves of dried-out crab rangoon, etc) and as much ketchup as you have and cook it on really low heat, stirring regularly until about half an inch is burned to the bottom of the pot. You slap a steaming blob of that on everybody's plate, slather it in hot sauce and glare at them real hard if the slightest protest is raised. It's all about the presentation. It also repels all sort of household pests, including roaches and sponging relatives.

"I.. I know my time has come" Tethesis said with a gasp, a torrent of blood flowing from his lips.
"No! Hang on brother!!" Altharius could feel the warmth slip away from his dear sibling's hands
Tethesis's reached out his bloodied arm to Altharius's face.
"I..I have one final request"
Altharius leaned close to listen, tears welling in his once bright eyes.
"make sure th..they put my soulstone in a tank... it'll be... real fethin' cool"
"Yes, you're gonna be the most fethin' cool tank!!" burning hot tears streaked down Altharius's face, as he held his brother's soul in his grasp.

Reminds me of the Hot Dogs available at my local Pretzel Stand. Essentially, it's a pigs cock cunningly chopped and reshaped to resemble....a pigs cock.
Tasty though!
