You should make a marine with a missile launcher. You can put one of the rockets on the end of a wire coming out of the launcher, and bend the wire so the missile is looping aroun d to hit the marine who fired it.

If the Sarge is going to continue doing his "gangsta" thang, you really need to move the gun sights onto the upper side of the gun.
