This guy clearly looks as if he is skipping in the playground.
Its a new doctrine that they are going to introduce in the new IG edition. You can move your squad an extra inch, but it has to be shown on the model. Wysiwyg.

I love all these new heads, and the Valk torsos/legs. I might even skip the door gunners on all my incoming Valks and just make 12 really cool looking heavy-armour Cadians.
Glad I ordered two Command Squads (and have a spare 20 Cadians waiting in a box). This should be fun!!!
