The flying hub cap is a scout droid, depending on which list I use Vader is going to be played as an allied inquistor and will have a retinue made of droids, Boba Fett and IG-88 will be used as imperial assassins.
The AT-ST toy works well for a Titan, back during rogue trader days I converted mine to a Titan the problem is the toy plastic is terrible to work with and very hard to cut cleanly, but it can go well if you have a lot of paitience. Being that the imperials are a bit lacking in the vehicle department I will be creating an AT-AT for them, the question for the time being is what scale AT-AT to use as they range from about 4.5 inches to well over 21 inches...
I've been looking pretty heavily at the 8 inch and the 12 inch ones, which would be absolutely huge on the table, and I'd use rules for superheavy tanks or as modified warhounds. I'll build 3 of them as Imperials deploy in sets of 3. But then there's the big daddy option and go for the full sized toy which stands 21 inches tall and about 28 inches long. Use it as Vader's custom command AT-AT use warlord or emperor titan rules, of course painting it very dark grey or black.
He gets his own monster sized star destroyer why not a super AT-AT?

Pure Win! Those are awesome - I concur on checking out the Lego heads and weapons as you can lego directly and they'll send you "replacement" parts - seemed like they were pretty decent priced too.
I am going to use their Orc/Troll banners for my Ork army and can get 5/$5.

I love the stormtrooper Marines! The heads are just fine, since they need to be able to contain all the screaming of a Space Marine.
Looks great. I would put a bit more white on them just to give them a little more of the polished look, but that it just me.
Do little furry creatures with sticks and rocks suddenly become STR 8 AP 1 against this army?

I've been looking at Jango quite a bit and there's something bothering me about the model, I think it's the plasmas, they defiantely need to match.
Keep the sight and add one to the other pistol, or remove it?
Also for additional consideration Jango has very sleek pistols in the movie, and I was looking at my dire avenger pistols last night and with some trimming they'd be very close.
Stay with the twin plasmas or try and get him closer to the movie armment?
Here's the same jango model but with differant arm sets.

I say rock out the big chins. I love em.
There's a real diversion of style in the Star Wars comics for the Stormtrooper helmets, so don't worry about it.
I think they rock with big chins.

Great stuff! Jango looks better with the sleek blasters. It's more Jango-y! Also, the big chin Stormtroopers look great! It fits the heroic scale of GW better.

I was tinkering with a chapter banner and here's a couple variations
I'm going to test it on the shoulder pad without the red background. I'd also worked up another version where the eagle is higher up and is perched on top of the empire cog but it ended up looking way to nazi-esque, especially on the red flag.

I wouldn't use the entire eagle, too busy. I would try just a wing, or maybe the two heads.

Or superimpose the Empire ( SW) symbol over the eagle so the wings do the same thing as suggested above and the heads are visible, but the Empire's symbol is still visible.

You may be better off using Tau rules for them, the star wars guys don't have the endurance to call themselves Marines. Also a lot of stuff, like your flying pod thing, seems more Tau like to me, than marine.

Today turned out to be a complete bust.
I had a double shift at work so I figured I'd have a total modeling marathon, (as that where I do the majority of my work). But I was a slow and apparently grabbed the wrong box of bits leaving practically everything I needed at home. So I couldn't tackle the Emperor model as I planned or tinker with the scout bike, the only project I could work on was my second At- St, I needed to work on it anyway but I could only complete part of it as all the weapon bits were left at home. grr <_<
So rather than have lots of stuff to keep my busy as I'd planned I ended up with massive surplus of time to kill and no models to work on :(
I did have some bits with me so I dug through them hoping I could find something useful, sadly I didn't find anything inspiring, but I happened upon a rather odd discovery. At some point a while back I was hookwinked with some fake bits from ebay. I found a set of landraider las cannons & sponsons in the bits box that was much darker than the other parts and it had a strange waxy type film on it. As looked a bit closer I noticed the details and lines were also a bit off. I tried to scrape off some of the film and the plastic started peeling up in fine layers instead of scraping smooth. Looking at the inside of one of the pieces there I could see where the plastic hadn't mixed right and there were tiny black swirls.
I bent one of the pieces until it broke and rather than stressing turning white and snapping the plastic crumbled apart, it almost like it's made from hundreds of layers ontop of each other really weird. No ide who I got it from as it's been in the box for a couple years but if I knew I'd report them to GW. I'll see if I can snap a pic of the crappy plastic tomorrow.
It's not much to show for now but here was my only real progress today, walker #2 in progress:
