Now those models are a feast for the "rotting" eye. I really like them.

These are looking great nemissary. I like that you've been able to bring so many disparate models (and wild yet appropriate conversions) together with a great color scheme.

Keep those updates coming. How big are you building the collection?

Cheers
Dave

@Dakka_Dok: Thanks.... hmmm the rotting eye... now that has a ring to it. I still haven't named my army

@Davetaylor: Thanks! I really enjoy your projects. This army size... um I dunno really. I have about 155 troops converted up. I have probably 10 different vehicles on standby that I don't know what to do with yet (plus the 6 sentinels).

I want to add a psychic choir, ratlings, and maybe another 150 troops... and 20 stormtroopers. Then I may do Deathguard for awhile before I add anymore.

I'm loving the new ones you've put up. Such a wide variety of busy bits but still uniform enough to be recognised as the same army. I know how hard that is so you have my kudos!

Armies:
(CSM/HH) - Iron Warriors; Death Guard; World Eaters; Night Lords
IG - Vestfalian Expeditionary
Force (Solar Auxilia - HH)
SM - Blades of Inaros (Homebrew)
DE - Kabal of Ouroboros

Absolutely PERFECT! I think you should do a few biggerised Nurgle Marines to lead these

Oh, Death was never enemy of ours!
We laughed at him, we leagued with him, old chum.
No soldier's paid to kick against His powers.
We laughed - knowing that better men would come,
And greater wars: when each proud fighter brags
He wars on Death, for lives; not men, for flags.

Thanks infilTRAITOR! I, of course, have been following your project and think it is great I have indeed used a ton of bits and GS etc. lotsa busy bitz have been melded to many, many outdated models. I just hope that the color scheme keeps them all unified when placed on a table.

Thanks sA

Wow... Migs posted on my blog.... I do plan some Nurgle Marines in the not too far future. I may have an idea to biggerize them, but I'm not sure yet.

all i need to say is that migs said they were absolutely perfect.....migs

what else is their to say besides im loving it too, especially the diversity of all your models

95% of teens would go into a panic attack if the jonas brothers were about to jump off the empire state building copy and paste this if you are the 5% who would pull up a lawn chair grab some popcorn and yell JUMP BITCHES!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Here are 3 of the 4 I almost had done. They are completed. May have to do a slight touch up to the sides of the bases but..done is done!

The 4th interloper here is one that I had completed, but the depth of the skin was just not there. I added purple washes and a fresh highlight to help it out. Let me know what you think of the skin in particular.

bonus pus-filled boil to the one that can name where his torso and legs came from

Flagellants?
His skin doesn't seem as shaded as the others. . .

Oops forgot what order they were in the pic. The double faced guy is the guy with the rare torso/legs.

this guy.

Yeah the flagellant. just doesn't have enough skin to show the shading as easily.

It sort of reminds me of an old imperial commissar. Like really old.

It as actually an Ork torso. I use a lot of Orky bitz in my old minis to update them a little.

The Ork in question is the first edition (Rogue Trader) plastic ork boxed set from waaaayyyyyy back in the day. It was produced roughly the same time as those old original plastic beakies marines in the tan plastic with the studded shoulderpads etc.

The squat pose that they had carried over into the plastic 2nd edition goffs that they produced but the torso had different style armour. The 2nd ed. had a quilted look to the torso armor and this 1st ed. Rogue Trader era one has horizontally ribbed armour.

Juts part of my mission to refurbish old and out of date minis into this chaos traitor force.

i need to work up some fluff on these guys..... I'm just lacking the motivation to do it atm.

You should write some fluff about these guys, they look fantastic!

If I had a dollar for every dollar I spent I'd have all my money back.
