WD August page 13.
4 cards, red/green, Hexfield printed on.
"enjoy jervis cool new strategy cards" sums it up.
They are part of the news, not seen in the PE article.

Yes.
That's why I read WD, their hard-hitting 'reviews' of GW products. No doubt the reviewer pointed out the thin rules and recommended against buying it.

*encryption on:*
There is something called "White Dwarf".
It has some pages with "news", Around page 3-14.
At one page, reference is page 13, is a little piece of boxed text. Promoting "planetary empires strategy cards", done by jervis.
As a 15th august release, planetary empires has several pages dedicated to it. (page 7, 16-21, 34-45.)
None of them talks about any "strategy cards".
Neither the "please buy it page", or the " whats in the box page" or the "demo campaign played pages".
*encryption off*
Made me assume these "jervis super special cards" are additional material. Maybe GW- site download/printout?
Part of the box:
- campaign book
- 48 hexfields
-12 generator stations
-12 commando bastion
-12 shield generators
-12 factories
-96 marker ( little banners )
Again, nothing about "strategy cards".
GW did support Apoc with PDF's. PE could get additional stuff in the same way.

That's because supporting apoc with pdfs generates sales directly. If you make a pdf
for people to field 100 alaitoc rangers, at least one guy out there is going to spend
the money to field the pdf stuff.
I don't know how far GW will go to generate stuff that indirectly leads to sales, such
as campaign material. Certainly they will not promote it as much as the apoc stuff.

Agreed. Not much as standalone thing.
But if i didn't miss something in our beloved promotional magazine, Planetary empires is a piece of a general "synergy strategy" and meant to generate alongside the other products.
PE as campaign to glue it together, PS and Apoc and 4ok as part of the campaign.

That's because WFB players don't play enough Campaigns to buy enough ME for ME to get more stuff.

40k got way more sales of Apoc (vs Legendary Battles), PS (vs. Siege).
It will be amusing to see WotR sales drive more support than WFB in the next few years.

Lol, sorry KK. A more appropriate term didn't occur to me at the time. Replace "review" with "new release worship".
