From what I heard, the next codex after 'Nids is BA in April, then Necrons. Tau is probably going to be dead last (as usual), so don't expect it for a while.

the original news of the model was published around sep 24th 2009 and district 9 came out only 20 days before in uk [sep 4th] , given how long it takes to sculpt a model and play test rules its unlikely it was intended to have district 9 influences

it is a neat model and will be intresting to see the rumored new tau crisis suits from GW to see if they bear an similarities to the new fw suits we have seen, im guessing most of the similarities will be in the chest and ankle region beefing the original crisis suit models up.
