Hey!

I love making terrain!

Just go for a landscape style (desser, urban, ruined desolate volcanic planet, moon, jungle etc), and start making features with the addition of some GW buildings. I'f you want something caos'ey, find loads of small oddments that look like ruined statues or shrines of worship etc, and incorporate them into your scenery.

I just cut large basses out of something fairly durable, then group together the necessary bits for each piece, and make little scenes, collaberated around lots of polystyrene cut to shape with some polyfiller, the coat in glue, gravel or sand it, spray it, paint it, and theyre you go!

The more scenery the better in my opinion.

Sorry but back to your topic, you asked for good units - Bloodletters, Bloodcrushers, Plaguebearers, and Fiends. I personally don't like the Nurgle but Ive asked around and it seems the Slaanesh aren't very strong and pretty much good for diddly. Which is sad - cause I like the daemonettes. As for Terrain, im lost - Chaos is pretty varied I guess for the indecisive people like me.

Anyway, Slaanesh deamonettes have thier uses, though they will never be as 'killy' as bloodletters, nor as 'unkillable' as nurgle, they do have a LOAD of rending attacks. The low toughness and not-so-great invo is something you are going to have to work around. Keep them lurking in cover, and have The Masque bring the enemy to you.

My friend has the Masque, along with a bunch of deamonettes. With her power to make enemies 'dance' wherever you want, you can pretty much ensure that anyone you select will be within charge range.

You have posted the first positive thing I have heard about the daemonettes, EVER! thank you. I like them but have not heard one good thing til now.

Also your friend has a very interesting tactic, that's good. I suppose you just have to be more creative when you don't have raw power.
