GW runs like a Swiss clock, save for the studios of course. FW could really do with some influence from the parent company, the way things are run now there's a lot of room for improvement.

I think I'll get an Arvus Lighter instead - something to ferry my merry band of Inquisitor Acolytes around in Dark Heresy.

The only thing stopping me is the price actually. I'm a Nid player, who will eventually be fighting a Stompa, Stormsword and a Tigershark. I'll need a Hierophant, or at the very least a Trygon. One simple question: Could a Trygon take on those three things, one on one?

Stormsword? Yes. Most Super-Heavies of that size are glass hammers - and Baneblade hull will not stop a Gargantuan Creature.

Stompa? Maybe. You need to cause a lot of damage to it before it rips you in two.

Tigershark? It's an aircraft, you can't fight it.

I've never had a problem with them.

The wait for delivery has always been short.

The worst I've had when it comes to their casts is a rhino extra arour kit that was a PITA to fit however looks great on the vehicle.

I order from the a couple of time and the only bad experience was the warped autocannons from the hydra. But a little hot water took care of that.
But on another note if you send then a email and acually think they'll reply then you are dreaming.
