More changes made:

1. Since I apparently don't have any warp beasts, this is temporarily going on hold and being replaced by a squad of Reaver Jetbikes.

That leaves me with the army list in the OP and 91 points to spare in an 1850 list.

Horrorfexes: If I shoot this, I can't shoot the dark lance, which makes it much less attractive, especially given how many armies are fearless and ignore pinning. Is this really a good idea?

Night Shields: 20 point upgrades scare me. 60 points for three ravagers. If you guys think its a good idea, I'll do it...but that 60 points could do a lot! o.O

What else do you guys think I should do with that 60 points?

Get 10 Boyz! Seriously, I would suggest adding a wych to each of those squads(28/30, not sure) which leaves about 30 for some more upgrades. Of course, if you can get your hands on some warp beasts, you might want to... They are cheaper than I thought and definitely a worthy investment now that I look at them, I might have to buy some myslef...

I'll get there, but having just acquired a lot of Dark Eldar, I'd like to sort through and make a list with what I have. I have a *LOT* more than I thought.

To be honest I'd probably drop a couple of Wyches and buy another Warrior squad - but I'm a big believer in target over saturation.

Horrorfexes: If I shoot this, I can't shoot the dark lance, which makes it much less attractive, especially given how many armies are fearless and ignore pinning. Is this really a good idea?

It can vary depending on your local meta. I would submit that for its cost the ability to ignore a second weapon destroyed result without immobilizing the vehicle is pretty good, when you're playing fearless armies that will be a not so bad upgrade as it will increase the survivability of the Raiders. Against armies that are not fearless the ability to lock down entire squads will often be more valuable to you then a few extra Lance shots - especially since the first weapon destroyed result is *always* put on the Lance - even when they aren't fearless. However, lack of Horrorfexes is not a big deal, and even I (who love them) often play lists without any. I would suggest trying them, as they are a very useful tool, but they can be situational and against certain opponents not always be worth their points.

Night Shields: 20 point upgrades scare me. 60 points for three ravagers. If you guys think its a good idea, I'll do it...but that 60 points could do a lot! o.O

You have hit upon my basic issue with Night Shields. Still, like the Horrorfex, these are a standby of DE armies. The more gunline you'd like your Raiders and Ravagers to be the more valuable they are. I would suggest you need to play them and see how they do or do not help you, as some players swear by them, and others dismiss them.

My suggestion would probably be to either drop some Wyches for an additional Raider squad (if you have the model) or to add on Night Shields to the Ravagers and burn the remaining odd 30 points in Night Shields for the Lord's boat (and maybe some Sniper boats) and/or drop in some horrorfex (putting them on Raiders that will be rushing in to with assault units is best) and see how they work out for you and your strategy.

I added a raider squad and removed two wyches and some plasma grenades on the HQ to pay for it.

With any luck, this will meet the eyes of approval and be all done.

Also....I'm coming up short on what to use for disintegrators.

Taking a tally here, I've got 15 Dark lances (plus several warriors with dark lances), and I'll invent something for the blasters. As for Disintegrators, short of cutting down a dark lance (which I shudder at the thought of) I don't know what to do.

Good lord, I answered for Blasters not Dissies.

I believe the only official Dissie pieces come with Vect (I can't recall if any come in the Ravager box set, it's been so long since I got them). If you don't want to invest in multiple Vects I'm afraid your best option is to modify the lances on the Ravager somehow (adding an extra bulb at the nozzle would be a solid option)

Ravagers come with 3 plastic Lances and 3 metal "Dissies"

The last one I bought was almost 2 years ago though.

Ride with the top down, that way if someone provokes you, you can jump out and kick their @$$ in the same turn.

The last ravagers I bought must've been 5-6 years ago or more, but I remember 3 dark lances and 2 metal disintegrators. They may well have reboxed them since then, but I remember having to wait and get a second ravager before I could field 1 w/3 lances and 1 w/3 dissies.

For the list, looks very nasty. I'm not sure that combat drugs for the wyches are really worth it - seems like a very good chance to kill the squad leader right off the bat. Maybe swap those for more wyches in the squads.

Unless I miss the mark here, all wyches get combat drugs; you don't pay for them.

*EDIT* And the drugs they get aren't the "choose your poison" kind, but the "roll a d6 for the power" kind. The Archon is the only guy with those drugs.

Your correct! But if you pay for drugs on the succubus she gets the "choose your power" kind while the wyches get the "pick at the start" kind

I assumed the OP meant he'd given the 'pick your poison' kind that are bought as wargear to the squad leader - I don't see why he would've written down the kind that all wyches get, especially since reaver jetbikes have those as well, and he's written nothing for them.

Ah....well, attribute it to the fact that I've never written an army list before for dark eldar.

My actual army list (in excel) also lists out what the wargear does so that I know what a punisher does, and what T.Helms do, etc.
