The special weapons are all from the Elysian Weapon pack. Some of the best looking special weapons in the game IMHO.

Yes, the aircrew of Blackhawk Super 66 was CW3 Stan Wood and CW4 Gary Fuller. The bird had to return to the airfield due to small-arms damage after conducting a re-supply of the rangers on the ground.
