Thanks, I put a lot of effort and RAGE into getting those transfers to look decent. They fought me every step of the way when I put them on the pauldrons.

Yeah I have a thing about my models where they can't be half-done. They have to be fully painted and decaled before I can play with them.

And Metalli, I like the SPEHSS ELFS too, they turned out well, except I can't yet take them seriously either after watching my friend (who was using my Necrons) completely rape them in a little 500 pt practice game I played to introduce him to the game and to see what Eldar are capable of. Bottom line, nothing sucks worse than to watch an entire 10 man Guardian squad go down to a single volley from 6 Immortals

You've gotta watch out for the mechanized Eldar armies though, especially as a Necron player. They may seem weak and flimsy, but their guns'll tear you to shreds. (I'm probably biased, since I play two of the worst armies against mech, lol.)

yea, but even if they defeat you, they're still Eldar. So technically, they still lost

Yeah that was why I lost the 500pt game. No Wave Serpents/Falcons, only Aspect Warriors I was using were Dire Avengers. They bladestormed a Necron Warrior squad, and didnt kill a single one of them. My War Walker was busy firing plasma EML missiles all over the place, but even when they didn't scatter and miss completely, the Immortals it was shooting at usually just saved any wounds, or they WBB'd and got back up again. Next time around I figured I'd just use the krak missiles. More accurate + instadeath = win

Two Words: Fire Prisms. I've found them to be one of the best tanks in the game. Agile, flexible, incredible firepower, and they get better in numbers.

The 'crons look pretty sweet! I like the gold trim on everything especially the monolith. The eldar are looking pretty good too Keep up the good work

So I recently got back from my FLGS where my Necrons went up against a Noise Marine army which systematically slaughtered them all before my Warriors had a chance to return fire, and then against a Night Lords army that butchered me in close combat thanks to some truely horrendous rolls on my part. All of this happened on a desert battlefield. Therefore, it is official. Iraq has fallen to Chaos.

Bottom line: My Necrons fail utterly when faced with CSM armies.

Epic Moments: My Monolith finally getting its act together and particle whipping a Defiler, which exploded and took half a squad of Chaos Marines down with it. Also a Chaos Dreadnought going insane and teamkilling a few guys. Finally, a lone Necron Warrior somehow surviving an assault from a Daemon Prince and inflicting a wound before being obliterated.

You better deliver on those photos, or I'll sick my Army of Spam on you...
